New Life

I'm back from Spain now. I lived in Oregon City with a wonderful family from my church who took me in until I got married. Now I'm married to the love of my life and live in Canby. Our apartment is hooked up and totally cute.

The wedding was fun, it cost less than $4,000 and in the end we were married. Perfect, I'd say. We ran out of the church through a gauntlet of foamies, only to ride off on our bicycle built for two.

We stayed at the Benson Hotel, which is where all the Presidents stay when they come to Oregon. We got valet parking, had the guy bring our bags to our room, and stayed in the King Suite.

The next day we went backbacking 5 miles in to camp overnight, then back out the next day. It was a gorgeous trip.

We stayed the next 4 nights at a B&B in Sequim, WA.

We went to Victoria in Canada for a day and to the Butchart Gardens.

Went hiking in the Olympic National Park.

Came home to open presents then took off for Smith Rock where we camped for a night.

James works in the Youth Department at church and I'll be filling in at Edward Jones in Oregon City as the Branch Office Administrator while the lady has her baby.
